I bought a parcel of land in Ohio for about four hundred thousand dollars.
Shortly after, I was offered twice the price I paid - for the land.
I turned down the offer.
Yesterday I met Tony, the person who made the offer.
“There is gold buried in your land.” - said Tony.
“The gold is worth about four hundred million dollars.”
“I am ready to dig up the entire parcel of land to find that gold.”
“I will pay for digging and sieving the soil to find the gold.”
“I am also willing to share anything we find in the land, fifty – fifty.”
“What do you say?” – asked Tony.
Hmm.
What should I do?
Whatever your answer – know this.
The land is your soul.
The person making the offer is Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ agreed to bear the cost to save you.
All you need do, is to accept His offer.
If you accept his offer, you become joint heirs with Him.
Help me understand why anyone would reject.
